Cancellation
Orders can be canceled without penalty if the item has not yet shipped or entered production. A full refund will be issued upon cancellation. Unfortunately, if the item has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns (if applicable)
We offer a 14-day return window from the day your item is delivered. Items must be returned in unused condition, inside the original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending returns directly to the manufacturer.
Customers are only charged shipping once (including for returns), and no restocking fees will apply.

Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and examining the returned product, we will notify you by email whether your refund request is approved. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
